Neighbors are a blessing

I have been blessed with the greatest neighbors!

I live in the best neighborhood ever with the best neighbors anyone could ever ask for. I'm not talking about the friendly neighborhood where everyone waves to each other. I'm talking about true friendships. The kind of people that will be there for you in a heart beat whatever the circumstance. The kind where I look forward to hanging out with them, with each and every one of them. We have what used to be Friday night happy hours, but now we'll be out any night of the week just to celebrate good weather. I came from a neighborhood like this growing up. The other families became my second and third family. We all played and even vacationed together. So many of my favorite memories came from my old street. I smell barbecues today and I am immediately brought back to my childhood. I am so happy my kids get to grow up in the same type of environment.

This year for Easter we had a block party up at our park with an Easter egg hunt. The kids had a blast!!!
